Free Delivery costs

• We offer free delivery to UK mainland.

Choose your delivery slot    

• You'll be able to select a day that works best for you, up to 100 days in advance. 

• Deliveries are made between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on your chosen day.

• We’ll call you the afternoon before your scheduled delivery date to advise of an approximate delivery time and make sure that the slot still works for you.

• If you need to change your delivery date after you have placed your order - that’s not a problem at all, we’ll happily accommodate. Just make sure you contact us within 48 hours of the original order date, so that we have time to alter your slot. 

Delivering your order  

• Please note that we operate a kerbside delivery service, meaning that your order will be delivered to the nearest kerbside to your delivery address.

• We are only able to deliver products to England, Scotland and Wales. We’re unable to fulfil orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands.
