Preparing your items for return
Preparing your items for return
Need to process a return? Here’s how to get it back to us without any hiccups.
Step 1: Packing your returns
Ideally you've still got the item’s original packaging and can use that, but if not you can use other packaging.
If you have more than one item, feel free to combine them in one package – provided everything is secure and within the courier's weight and size limits.
Finally, don't forget to remove or obscure any old delivery labels.
Step 2: Securing the contents
To ensure everything gets back to us in one piece, please individually wrap every item.
Once everything is safely inside, secure the package with tape, and make sure to fasten down any loose parts of the packaging to avoid any issues with the courier.
If you're taking the package to a Post Office, ensure your labels are printed and securely attached. It's crucial that all information on the labels is clear and legible, with one label per package.
Step 3: Getting it back to us
If you've chosen a Post Office drop off, simply bring your packages to your local branch.
For home collection, note down your scheduled collection date and time, and please make sure someone is home during that window. The courier will bring the labels, so there's no need for you to print or attach them yourself.
