Fast Fix Assembly
Fast Fix assembly has been engineered so that installing the main frame of the shower enclosure is a simple “slot and tighten” process that takes just seconds. The main profiles are designed to interlock easily during on-site assembly. Much of the enclosure is pre-assembled at the Roman factory, streamlining final installation to be fast, straightforward, and hassle-free.
Roman’s designers have transformed fully framed units into modular sections. For example, the sliding door now comes in two parts: a pre-assembled door and a pre-assembled panel, packed separately with the top and bottom rails detached. This makes transportation and positioning safer and more manageable.
During installation, the wall profiles are first fixed to the wall in the usual way. The side panel is then slotted into the pre-cut sections on the top and bottom rails, which come with screws already in place. These are simply dropped into position and tightened with a screwdriver. The door is attached in the same way on the opposite end. Finally, the complete unit is secured into the wall profiles.
